It is with great sadness that we must announce that our dear friend and co-worker John Garza Gonzalez passed away on May 1, 2015, at the age of 62. We had the distinct pleasure to have John work with our office for many years and he was always a pleasure to be around. John was always the first to lend a hand in any task and always the last to leave. His loyalty was unquestioned and his caring nature was always a comfort to our clients in the many times that he was present at mediations, depositions or other events.
John was an avid sports fan and a long time fan of the Dodgers, USC Trojans, and Oakland Raiders. Future Dodger games for all of the The Schurmer Firm employees will never be the same without him.
John was the ultimate family man and he will be dearly missed by his wife Paula and all of his children and grandchildren.
John will be missed by us all and never forgotten.
