Mr. Gordon is a third-generation consumer and civil rights lawyer. He litigates complex personal injury, insurance bad faith, discrimination, fraud, employment law, and civil rights actions. He fights insurance company cronyism, government abuses, and corporate corruption.

Mr. Gordon enjoys playing guitar, singing, watching baseball, and family time with his wife, son, and daughter.
Mr. Gordon is an active and participating member of the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
Mr. Gordon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Studies with an emphasis in Public Policy from California State University, where he was an officer of the Labor Studies Students Association and was the Teacher's Assistant to the Dean of the Labor Studies department. He would participate in labor demonstrations and rallies, becoming very passionate about worker and consumer rights.
After that, Mr. Gordon earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles, where he was awarded multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence. He participated in an extensive directed study regarding the application of strict products liability to residential pesticide use. Also during law school, Mr. Gordon volunteered at the legal self-help center in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Mr. Gordon decided to continue his legal education while in practice, completing a Master of Laws specialization degree in Litigation Management and Strategy at Baylor Law School. He also holds a Professional Certificate in Management from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
