It’s with great pleasure we announce that The Schurmer Firm have been named as one of the “10 Best Attorneys” by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys! Thanks to our unwavering dedication to our clients and ethical law practices, we can now add this award to our long list of accolades.

The “10 Best” list is awarded annually on a region-by-region basis and strives to recognize excellence in the legal industry. In order to qualify to receive this award, an attorney must have “attained the highest degree of professional achievement in his or her field of law, and [have] done so with an impeccable Client Satisfaction rating.” They must also have a clean record of discipline with the Attorney Grievance Committee as well as be held in Good Standing by their State Bar. All attorneys who are chosen also possess advanced law degrees, have received multiple awards and recognitions, are active members of professional associations and have publications and speaking engagements in their field.

Potential recipients are nominated by the American Institute of Legal Counsel, who oversees the AIOPIA, a client, or by a fellow attorney. Afterward, the review committee researches all nominated attorneys to narrow down the nominations and ensure all the selection criteria are met. The final step of the selection process chooses a maximum of 10 lawyers who represent the “Best of the Best” in their industry.

We are thrilled to add this accolade which has such stringent criteria and demand for excellence in order to even qualify for our list of industry achievements.
